OUR NIEUWJAARS FETE IS ON
Today, as a matter of fact ~ with a first show collab with Atelier 210! Featuring three artists close to our metaphorical hearts: No-Neck Blues Band unit Decimus rolls out synthetic ragas for self-disintegration, Natasha Pirard unfurls cyclical loopings of time, itself, and Brussels love duo Orphid combines chaos and order for some serious danceable electronica. NEW RELEASE ALERT: AILBHE NIC OIREACHTAIGH - LUX GRATIS CD
OUT FEBRUARY 18! After some fruitful time spent at the QO2 headquarters back in February, our favorite viola-wielding firebrand Ailbhe Nic Oireachtaigh has cooked up something entirely new for her first physical release on KRAAK after the low-key success of her digi EP The Rounds on KRUT (<3). In Lux Gratis, Ailbhe’s intuitive compositions find new sound outlets and shapes, as tones and drones are carried out by unexpected allies for new takes on her radical sonic language. MORE KRAAK FEST TEASINGS
How many of these can we do before we actually say something relevant? Who knows, but consider this another reminder for March 8 at Het Bos, when the next barrage of noise and inanity steamrolls our livelihoods with KRAAK Fest. Tickets are definitely up and definitely selling, and you can expect a lineup announcement this week ~ Friday, to be precise! Keep an eye out on oursocials, for what’ll probably the last year we use the wretched Metaverse to promote this fest

A SHORT RADIO ROUNDUP BEFORE WE RUN OFF TO OUR DAY’S ENGAGEMENTS!
Just uploaded the latest DNVG with Venediktos Tempelboom terrorizing the Radio Panik set once again ~ lotsa laffs and tunes and more geuzes than that studio has seen since the Pauwel De Buck days, with a new jingle by Mr Bear Bones, Lay Low of the Gonzalez Rondon clan, listen here!
And TODAY from 3 to 4PM on Kiosk Radio: the much-awaited father-daughter collab: Dylantje aka tuutuuttuut is joined by her dearest dad Kosmo J, a former DJ himself during the crazy 80s. KRAAK's catalogue will harmonize and clash with treasures from the eclectic collection of Daddy Belgrado <3
